  • eSIM Service Activation: Sharing necessary information with partner telecommunications operators to enable your eSIM service.
  • Legal Obligations: Disclosing necessary information as required by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan) or legitimate requests from government authorities.
  • Data Analysis: Using tools like Google Analytics and Firebase Analytics to collect anonymized statistical data to improve services.

4 Data Retention Period

We will retain your personal data for as long as necessary to provide our services. When you delete your account or the data is no longer necessary for preservation, we will delete or anonymize your data within a reasonable period. However, records required by law to be preserved (such as transaction records and invoice data) will be kept for the duration required by relevant regulations.

We employ industry-standard security measures to protect your personal data, including but not limited to SSL/TLS transmission encryption, password hashing, firewalls, and access controls. However, no transmission method over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute data security.
